Slipping with silent paws over asphalt, a blue mereled dog moved through the streets. She didn't exactly have a destination in mind, she'd lived here long enough, that she honestly didn't need to think, her paws would just carry her somewhere. She sighed as she slipped around a parked car, the whole no humans left thing was fine with her, they just needed to clean all their crap up and get it off of the streets. Growling under her breath, she mumbled as she passed another car, this one much larger than the other, she could easily sleep under this massive vehicle.
She could see the trees ahead of her and almost instantly knew where she was headed; The park. Picking her leisurely pace up to a relaxed, flowing trot as she crossed yet another street. The moment her paws hit the grass, she was running, her fluffy plume of a tail was billowing out behind her as she just crossed the park easily. She had needed a good run for a while, but no, she'd been to determined to just be alert of her surroundings...She knew what humans could do, and she knew that if they suddenly returned and saw what the dogs had done, they were as good as dead.
When she allowed her paws to send her flying onto her back she leaned against her destination, a broad tree trunk, just curling up in it's shade and on the cool green grass. Her breath was only barely faster than normal, she was made for this kind of stuff, and so a early morning run in the park was simply, another day. She pulled herself back into a sitting position as she let her eyes wander around the perimeter of the park, not really looking for anyone, anything, or nothing at the same time. She hadn't spoken with anyone since the humans had vanished, and for once, she was a little lonely.
